1. Automatic Refunds

Refunds are issued automatically in the following situations:

Canceled Orders

If your order is canceled by our servers due to technical issues, invalid account details, or server downtime, the full payment is automatically refunded to your Rexviral SMM account wallet.

Partial Orders

If your order is only partially delivered (e.g., you ordered 1000 followers but only received 600), we automatically refund the amount for the undelivered portion to your account wallet.

Server Downtime

If our servers experience downtime during your order delivery and the order cannot be completed, a full refund is issued automatically.

2. Manual Refund Requests

We consider manual refund requests under the following conditions:

  • The service was not delivered after 7 days and the order status remains "Processing"
  • The order shows an error in the system that prevented delivery
  • Your account was suspended due to no fault of your own
  • Duplicate orders were placed by mistake
  • Technical errors on our part caused the order to fail

To request a manual refund, contact our support team with:

  • Your order ID
  • Order date and time
  • Reason for refund request
  • Screenshots or documentation if applicable

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are NOT issued in the following situations:

User Error

If you provided incorrect information (wrong username, wrong link format, invalid account), no refund will be issued. You can attempt to reorder with the correct information.

Wrong Service Selection

If you ordered the wrong service (e.g., TikTok likes instead of Instagram likes), this is not eligible for refund. Place a new order for the correct service.

Drop in Followers/Engagement

Drop (reduction in numbers after delivery) is normal for SMM services and is NOT a reason for refund. Services with "Drop" indicators acknowledge this possibility.

Unguaranteed Services

Services marked as "Unguaranteed" come with no delivery assurance. Refunds are not issued if delivery fails on these services.

Account Violations

If your account is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions or engaging in prohibited activity, no refunds will be issued.

4. Refund Processing Time

Automatic refunds are typically processed within 1-2 hours after the order is canceled or marked as failed. Manual refund requests are reviewed and processed within 24-48 business hours.

Refunded amounts are credited to your Rexviral SMM account wallet. You can use this balance for future orders or request a withdrawal (if applicable in your region).

  • Original Payment Method: In some cases, refunds may be returned to your original payment method (Bank Transfer, Paystack, etc.)
  • Processing Time: Allow 3-5 business days for refunds to appear on your bank account
